Pastor Shannon Marocco has been serving in ministry at King’s Cathedral and Chapels for nearly 25 years and is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach. She and her husband Joshua are the lead pastoral team over the Hawaii Region, and split their time between Maui and Oahu. Over the last decade, she founded the Impact Leadership Network and the Embrace Sisterhood with a mission to equip and empower the body of believers and a desire to create a catalyst for impact across the seven mountains of influence. She is the creative mastermind behind the Embrace Sisterhood Podcast, has authored several study guides covering everything from biblical leadership and personal development to purity. Her vision for the annual Embrace Women’s Conference has reached thousands of women across the globe from all walks of life. Pastor Shannon operates under a powerful prophetic anointing and delivers the word of God with a fervor and fire that ignites the gifts in others. Yet she is marked with grace, filled with the joy of the Lord and is always ready with a hug or word of encouragement. Her life’s mottos are: “speak life!” and “jump and build your wings on the way down.” But her greatest triumph is being a faithful, devoted wife and loving mother to her 3 children: Haven, Haley, and Hasten. Debbie and her husband John have served together for over 30 years as Lead Pastors of James River Church, a dynamic, life-filled, multi-site church that has grown to over 16,000 people in weekly attendance. John and Debbie have 2 married sons, David and Brandon, a daughter, Savannah and 8 grandchildren.
